Brent was born and raised in Edmonton, AB. While growing up inperspective clients. Edmonton, Brent was a competitive hockey player, playing for the Canadian Athletic Club, before moving on to the St. Albert Saints and the Sherwood Park Crusaders. Prior to his mortgage career, Brent had a successful welding career, pipelining and welding all over Alberta and Western Canada for 15 years.

Brent made the switch to his mortgage career in 2019. His book grew quickly placing him in the top 10% of all brokers nationally for Dominion Lending Centres year over year.
